In November 2010 PINOVA Capital acquired together with the management team the WENDT SIT GmbH & Co. KG in a buyout transaction. PINOVA Capital is an independent investment company for equity financing located in Munich. With this partnership WENDT will be able to continue its successful growth strategy of the last years also in the future.
